This was a PWGSC project to implement a study and prepared a feasibility report to address the requirement for conversion or replacement of the centrifugal water chillers and associated ancillary equipment serving Place du Portage, Phase IV building.

Founded in 1983, we provide mechanical and electrical engineering services with the main focus on building systems.

Our company slogan is “bringing life to buildings", where our designs create healthy, productive and safe environments for our clients and their employees. As a mechanical and electrical consulting firm we understand the importance of designing and coordinating the two disciplines. This coordination ensures innovative design, accurate and clear drawings and specifications and a professional review of construction.

Through the many years of engineering we have serviced many clients, and have learned their needs and have developed long lasting relationships. We have developed skills to include a wide variety of projects including base building and tenant fit-ups for Government, Developers, Schools, High Technology and Multi-Residential. Our staff of 28 people is the Company and, therefore, the Company is committed to the technical and personal development of all personnel.

We are also committed to sustainability and are one of the founding firms of the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Green Building Council (CGBC). All Senior Designers are LEED Accredited Professionals.
